Every Pondside project comes with a secure online portal: a live progress tracker our team updates at each milestone, your designs, estimates and signed contracts in one place, a way to share photos and measurements from any device, and messages straight to your designer. Your login arrives by email when your project begins.
Where is your showroom and what are your hours?
We're in the white house at 202 Main Street, Deep River, CT 06417 — Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Saturday by appointment, closed Sunday. Evening and Saturday-morning design appointments are available; call (860) 526-9567 a week ahead.
Do you serve Essex, Old Saybrook and Chester?
Yes — Essex, Old Saybrook, Chester and Centerbrook are minutes from the showroom and make up a big part of our work, along with Westbrook, Old Lyme, Clinton, Killingworth, Branford, Guilford, Madison, Niantic and East Lyme.
Are you a family-owned business?
Yes. Karen and Stephen Bradley founded Pondside in 2004 and still run it day to day, with a small team you'll actually meet: senior designer Stacey Dady, Sara Decker, and our two Portuguese Water Dogs, Mariner and Cinder, on greeting duty.
